Those who do live in The Warren have to be careful as the area is unsafe and law enforcement rarely care to answer calls from the area due to the frequency of crime. While the Kulva have been expanding their influence and financial investments in the city, there remains many impoverished neighborhood that have not been aided by the financial backings of the Family. However in recent times Kulva money has been making its way to the Warrens as more and more job seekers get hired by the Family.
